Following on from the previously featured Limited Edition AK47 Machine Gun Pendants we simply had to post about this paper self assembly AK47 model kit designed by Martin Postler.

Paying tribute to the iconic form of Kalashnikov’s world renowned, notorious machine gun, this novel paper kit comprises of five sheets of paper offering the templates that can be cut and formed into your very own wholly non-lethal paper AK47 measuring 30 x 50 cm which can subsequently be painted according to taste and displayed as desired.

Certainly an original take on paper based modelling, Martin Postler’s Paper AK47 Kit, which comes complete with detailed assembly instructions, retails for $30 / €20 / £15 and, sadly, whether we choose to admit it or not, in our present global environment, serves as a testament to our troubled times just like the aforementioned pendants.
