Having previously posted concerning the retro Concorde Washbags by Anya Hindmarch we couldn’t possibly pass up on featuring these equally nostalgia fueled travel tote bags featuring Pam Am’s rather prominent logo.
Celebrating an iconic airline that was already steeped in history before is eventual sad demise in 1991, these stylish travel bags are made from hard-wearing PVC and serve to celebrate a time when air travel still had a delectable sense of mystique.
Part of an extensive collection of Pam Am branded bags retailing from $52 to $88, these beautifully retro Flight One Pam Am Travel Tote Bags are sure to appeal to those with fond memories of one of the greatest and most well known airlines the world has ever seen – the likes of which, certainly in terms of customer service, we’re probably unlikely to ever see again unless you happen to be able to afford first class travel as standard.

I’d be surprised if this really produces enough power to make it worth-while. Backpack solar panels barely produce anything as it is, and the way a person carries a camera bag would result in even less sun hitting the panels.
Nice idea, but for $140 you can buy a cheaper solar panel to attach to your south-facing window and an extra battery or two to put in your $20 camera bag.
