Made – though the term ‘sculpted’ seems altogether more fitting in this instance – from 18 carat black gold with black rhodium and featuring cut rubies mounted upside down, this is undoubtedly an item of jewellery to be reckoned with and is ideal for those looking for not only a remarkable but an overtly stunning modern take on Gothic accessorising.

    So… is this bracelet supposed to remind us of our destruction of the environment? And it does so by being made out of 14K Gold? Hmmm… Whether or not they recognized the irony of this, it doesn’t help much.
