We’re not quite sure whether we especially like this ‘The Sphere’ designer massage bed designed by Karim Rashid as there’s just something about it that seems, for want of a better word, rather coarse, but for those looking for a designer bed that comes complete with LED florescent lights mounted in the canopy (if that’s not coarse, what is?), an integrated 32” colour TV which can be upgraded to a home theater system and which comes with the Hollandia sleep system offering the maximum of adjustability complete with massage options this is sure to appeal.
Available in a choice of colour options and manufactured to order (hence the lack of pricing details), further ‘highlights’ include a built in champagne holder and an externally mounted vanity mirror which, we suspect, may see liberal use should our expectations as to who this bed will appeal to ring wholly true.
A designer love nest or a hideous monstrosity, its very much for you to decide but we know which side of the fence we fall on.

It’s pretty cool, but its blue and purple stylings and general look resemble a bong too much for me to really take it seriously.
