So, you already have a mini, wooden portable speaker for you iPod and cell phone in the form of the previously posted i-Dear WoodSpeaker and now you’re looking for a little wood-themed portable storage for you files and data? Enter stage left the Woody Bamboo USB Flash Memory Drive.
Sporting an outer shell crafted from bamboo – a material that’s becoming widely favoured on account of its sustainability – the Woody Bamboo, which measures in at 67 x 20 x 12 mm, comes in 128MB, 256MB, 512MB, 1GB, 2GB, 4GB and 8GB capacities. Offered as a corporate gift, meaning that you can imprint your company’s logo on the accompanying bamboo box to convey that eco-friendly message – even if your company’s in the landfill business (call us skeptics) – unfortunately pricing is available on contact only, so we cannot offer you a breakdown as to what the differing capacity versions will set you back in terms of monetary outlay except to say that the minimum order is 500 units.

Incidentally, your comment is officially the first comment on the site from a reader and, by way of celebration (and thanks) I’d like to buy you a drink. Mail me via the site’s contact form as to how I can get enough for a few beers your way and I’ll be in touch.
