In terms of convergence the Panasonic KX-TS710 certainly likes to distinguish itself from being anything but a one trick pony in offering 3-in-1 functionality as an internet USB speakerphone, a handset and a ‘high quality’ PC speaker.
Billed as offering simple plug ‘n’ play convenience, the Panasonic KX-TS710 sports a compact, flip top style design, offers 6 step speakerphone and ear receiver volume settings and if desk space is at a premium the level of functionality the KX-TS710 offers will no doubt prove to be a considerable draw – though we suspect that the KX-TS710 will especially appeal to those looking for a highly portable multi-functional device to take out on the road with their laptop/notebook.
The Panasonic KX-TS710 USB VoiP Speaker Phone retails for around $55.

As early as that? Actually, you do have a point as we know they have somewhat of a reputation for showcasing products that may or may not appear within X amount of years. Which is a shame, as it does not enamor them to potential customers.
Incidentally, your comment is officially the first comment on the site from a reader and, by way of celebration (and thanks) I’d like to buy you a drink. Mail me via the site’s contact form as to how I can get enough for a few beers your way and I’ll be in touch.
