Designed to ‘convey the feeling of lying underneath the canopy of a tree, surrounded by a defined, natural space’ the WAVE is the brainchild of Swedish designers Erik Nyberg and Gustav Ström and, certainly from our perspective, if ever there were a device designed for capturing daydreams, you’re looking at it.

The WAVE, which measures in at 3700mm in length and 2900mm in height, is fabricated from electro-polished stainless steel and a semi-transparent, perforated fabric which serves to block around 86% of the sun’s rays as you layback in blissful repose waiting for the leaf inspired canopy to delicately harvest whatever errant thoughts come passing by in the breeze.
