canon-cross-media-station

Canon, during their latest Expo, introduced the Canon Media Station, a brilliant bit of technology which will allow the user to place their chosen canon media (DSLR or compact camera for example] onto the station and whilst it downloads pictures and videos from them, also charges them – wirelessly.

And whilst it is still only production, this could prove to be the gadget of the future as for many people, downloading their materials to a computer after a long day, is a real nuisance.

The people at Canon are still looking at developing the software that will allow this brilliant idea to come into fruition but definitely at e-Potpourri, we’re hoping it will be released very soon.
