Fish are fish aren’t they? They live in a fish bowl, placed on top of a cupboard or in the kitchen and fed the odd bit of fish food. Those days are now gone.

Fish now, according to Swedish designer Karl-Oskar Ankarberg, need to live in an aquarium which is a whole lot more stylish – The Archiquarium – to be more precise.

These split level aquariums are made out of Corian; white on top, black on bottom, making this aquarium perfect for the ultra modern home or office with panoramic windows so that the fish can be seen on either level.

Although not available at the moment, you’ll be able to order the Archiquarium soon as it is in the production stages of development.
